The kaolin from Amberger Kaolinwerke ifor use in hard porcelain, vitreous china, bone china, etc. comes from the Kemmlitzer works. With its low iron and titanium values, the quality is distinguished by a very white fired colour and a low alkali content. Established for many decades, the palette of fine ceramic kaolins MEKA, BZ, and OKA has been expanded in recent years by the ARCANO series. This includes kaolin types with special, improved properties such as rheology, plasticity, shard production, etc., which are most suitable for the dominant production technologies such as isostatic moulding and pressure casting.

Die Kemmlitzer Kaoline werden durch weitere Kaolinsorten, wie z. B. KICK 1 oder KS 1 T, aus unseren anderen Lagerstätten (z. B. für Steingut bzw. -zeug), sinnvoll ergänzt.
