The St. Georgen plant is owned by Quarzwerke Austria GmbH. It has been in operation since 1975 and has primarily positioned itself as a supplier of raw materials for the glass industry.
Thanks to ongoing improvements and investments, this processing facility has become a leading supplier of high-quality products, in particular white glass sand and feldspar.
